New Mexico is experiencing an "extremely dangerous winter storm" according to the National Weather Service. New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez declared a state of emergency today because of all the roads that are closed and travelers that are stranded.
New Mexico ARES has nets operating on 7236.5 KHz and 3939.0 KHz (depending on conditions) in support of the emergency. Please refrain from using those frequencies until at least Monday afternoon. Please inform others that you know aren't signed up for this group.
